Our oil is extracted using an expeller press, where a mechanical press slowly extracts the sunflower seeds for their oil. As a result, the oil does not contain high levels of Omega 6βs (linoleic acid), which can cause inflammation. Additionally, expeller pressed oils are more temperature stable, allowing us to use optimal temperatures to make the best crackers possible.
